For children 3 -5 years Staff Ratio: 1:8
Active Angels Nursery is registered for the Nursery Education Grant for all children 3 years and above. This will mean we are able to provide the Foundation Stage Curriculum. Our aim is to prepare children for school. Activities are designed to make learning exciting, stimulating and enjoyable. Children are encouraged to join in all the experiences offered, so that they grow in confidence and independence.
This curriculum is divided into six Early Learning areas, which include:
- Personal, Social and Emotional Learning
- Communication, Language and Literacy

Daily Information Board:
Parents/carers will be able to read the daily information board regarding their child’s day. This will give information about the meals and snacks provided during the day and what learning areas and activities they have covered.
Development Profiles:
The development profiles in this room cover the six early learning areas of the curriculum, as listed above.
Meal times:
All children will be provided with a well-balanced, healthy meal. Parents can see copies of the menus displayed in the nursery. |
